25th Anniversary Open Morning: Demos + Try-It Stations + Prize Draw


This special two-hour morning is designed for families, first-timers, past riders, local supporters and anyone who wants to come inside Slam Factory, see the park, meet the team and experience what happens here.

Slam Factory has been operating in Tuggerah since 2001 and is Australia’s longest-running indoor skatepark.

Every registered attendee can collect a Slam Passport Card at reception. Visit the demo stations, collect your stamps, complete your card and hand in the tear-off prize draw entry section to go into the raffle. You can keep the main card as a 25th Anniversary souvenir.

Event flow:

  • 10 am - 11:30 am — mini demos, guided try-it stations and Slam Passport Card stamp collection
  • 11:30 am - 12 pm — main team demo and prize draw

During the morning we’ll have four demo stations set up around the park:

  • Vert Ramp — inline and skateboard demos
  • Mini Half-Pipe — skateboard and inline demos
  • Bowl — scooter and BMX demos
  • Box — scooter and BMX demos

There will also be supervised try-it opportunities in selected beginner-safe areas using Slam Factory hire scooters and skateboards.

Important: this is not a general public ride session.

Riding is only available as part of supervised try-it activities. Please do not bring your own scooter, skateboard, BMX bike or skates for this event.

Please bring a helmet if you have one. Limited helmets and hire equipment may be available.

Everyone who wants to take part in a try-it activity must complete the Slam Factory waiver and receive a wristband before entering the activity areas.

This is also a chance to ask about coaching, parties, public sessions, memberships, the Vert ramp, anniversary weekend events and the Slam Factory Legacy Project.


Free registration helps us plan numbers and prepare Slam Passport Cards. Walk-ins may be possible if space allows, but prize draw entry is linked to completed Slam Passport Cards.
